That spending - which accounted for a 400 Billion dollar deficit was the budget amount proposed by Bush.

The rest of the 1 Trillion dollar deficit was due to a 600 Billion dollar shortfall in revenue due to the Bush Crash .. and 400 Billion in Stimulus spending due to the Bush Crash.

What part of - the other 400 Billion in deficit was from extra spending due to stimulus 250 Billion for TARP - enacted under Bush - and the rest under Obama, bipartisan, to deal with the financial disaster left to Obama by Bush. - do you not understand
