    That's exactly what this thread is about. Schiff thinks everybody but Trump knew what he was referring to. Even though Schiff's statements are very misleading and out of context the public is assumed to know what he meant.

    So Mueller's report deliberately cast doubt on the President's name, which the rabid leftists have ceased upon, while simultaneously declaring that the President has no opportunity to clear his name, as though they are taking the high road.

    The OLC only offers legal opinions and no more.

    How do you expect Trump to now clear his name from the unfounded implications in the Mueller Report?

    He hasn't the power or authority to 'vindicate' anyone. He can only find them guilty or innocent. Therefore Trump is innocent because has not been found guilty.

    Innocent until proven guilty is a long held legal tradition in US law though apparently not known by all Americans, or foreign observers.

    There are at least three ongoing investigations, including why the non actions against Hillary Clinton. but none of the findings have yet been released. Be a little more patient.

    Mueller was tasked with fact finding. He wrote what I quoted above to explain why he wasn't even considering an indictment.
    What "unfounded implications" in the report are you talking about?

    The vagueness of the Mueller Report and the correct, but "legalize" reasoning didn't do enough to engender much impeachment support. Trump could have walked away reasonably "clean," and it's doubtful any prosecutor would have pursued the "obstruction of justice" potential indictments once he left the Presidency.
    But, he couldn't leave it alone. Why? Why does he still insist that the Russians didn't interfere in the 2016 election?
