    Perhaps you should read it slower.

    Tax valuation appeals can only be done once per year. What's 9+x equal, where x is at least "1". We don't know when the loans were made, thus, the variable.

    Actually, "9" could also be a variable, since 9 years was all that was publicly available.

    You could be comparing a property tax valuation on a 30 year old loan. You don't know.

    More prefrontal cortex please.

    You mean deals on loans you said he wasn't getting. They're talking about his interest rates on the loans he's acquired from US banks, fyi.

    So if an investigation against... lets say a cartel leader, results in the arrest of dozens of people around him but cant quite make the evidence against the main guy, you would feel that investigation is “bullshit”?

    Fair enough, but if you are committing financial fraud to get your loans, I would consider that a bad thing in general....

    Maybe that's just me though... Fraud seems to be a positive character trait in certain conservative circles these days..
