"It's Okay To Be White" flyers found on local university campus

So minorities can be proud, gender dysphorics can be proud, but whites can't be? And who takes pride in suffering hardships and how come my hardships don't count? I'm Irish, German, Italian and Armenian and there's a hardship or two in there but I'm not allowed to do the same things minorities do. Why?

Equal opportunity should literally mean equal for all. Black lives matter should be considered a racist slogan. Race questions should be banned in all job/education applications. All killings by police should be thoroughly investigated. All lives matter and everyone should be getting equal treatment. All achievements should be based on real merit.

Why the hell should you have to suffer to feel pride?? That makes zero sense to me. I would say the fact that we have not suffered in itself should be a source of pride. We are doing something right. And my ancestors did not exploit people of other races, unless maybe you go back to Viking days, if that is what you are thinking of retorting with. None of my ancestors were slave owners and we fought for the north. Not that I should be held responsible for my ancestors actions anyway.
As far as race shaming, that is the ONLY place where we see race shaming!!! Or why would there be talks about reparations? I have never seen anyone from the right putting forth that nonsense.
