One is just saying something that isn't that strange. The other is licking someone's finger in public that's bizarre.

 

It's not, it is however senile and kind of a sign that he shouldn't be POTUS. If anyone credibly showed proof of the POTUS sexually assaulting someone, I'd be the first to laud the impeachment. And yes, I know there's certain civil suits. I hope those suits produce evidence of wrongdoing.
