He had just read from his notes that were clearly pollster comments. He prefaced what he said, just after reading directly from those comments, "they say." Equating that to "Trump said..." is a lie, and anyone who persists in the lie after watching the actual quote in context is a purposeful liar.

 

So he said “I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue...” but you are saying he didn’t say it... And I have TDS because he said it, but you don’t like that he said it because you feel it was taken out of context — but he literally said those exact words... Umm, ok...

If Obama had said “they say I am a socialist” then yes, it would be accurate to say he said “I am a socialist”. It requires more context, absolutely — but he still said those words in that order.

So he did or did not say “I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue...”, which is it? If he said it then your entire... rant, I guess we can call this — maybe even a breakdown — dissolves. If he did not say this then your first sentence above in blue is false.
