    I showed you the scotus ruling, which cites the specific language in the constitution. States can't secede. Sorry.

    He could be the one to overturn the 1974 Roe vs Wade.

    Ignoring what you have been given doesn't make it go away. I've given you the ruling. Texas v White. I've pointed out where in the ruling SCOTUS cites the specific language precluding states from seceding. Sorry.

    for white land owning males, yes. It took quite a while to expand freedom to everyone since the founding. We are still working on it.

    No you haven't Texas VS white was a Supreme court ruling that can be tossed out today.

    It was about bonds not states lack of freedom to leave the union, sorry.

    So I just did some research. The language you cited previously: "No state may leave the union without permission from congress". I don't think that language exists. Can you please tell us the article and section that you claim contains this text?

    I said that the constitution contains no language that prohibits any of the sovereign states from leaving the union. You then cited: "No state may leave the union without permission from congress", but there is no such language in the constitution. I think you're fibbing.
