    WASHINGTON, D.C—Hillary Clinton has slammed President Trump on Twitter for not taking a more "hands-off" approach to the protests in Iraq that threatened American lives at the embassy there.
    After Trump quickly sent Marines to defend Americans trapped at the embassy, Clinton immediately blasted him for taking such "rash, uncalled-for" action when he could have just "waited around a while to see what happens."

    "If I were president, I definitely would have let things play out," she said. "Sending American troops to protect American lives seems a little hasty. What if you need to get a little shut-eye or recharge in your lizard person spawning chamber for a few hours?"

    "I would have slept on it first."

    She later admitted her criticisms might not matter, because, "What difference, at this point, does it make?"

    Meanwhile, Americans under siege at the embassy took a few moments to thank God that Hillary Clinton is not the president of the United States.

    Yeah . . . About that. Abuse of power is not a crime. Obstruction of Congress is a crime, but Congress did not challenge his right to executive privilege in court; Thus they are accusing him of another non-crime.

    Don't get me wrong, I'm not a Trump fan. I am a fan of the rule of law. This impeachment seems to me to be an extra-legal proceeding.

    Trump never claimed executive privilege

    and asking a foreign government to go after your political rivals while withholding aid is a crime and impeachable as Trump has found out

    You open a crack den at your house. The police force their way in an arrest you. You ask for the warrant and they say they don't need one because they could smell the crack burning.
    Do you
    A: Challenge the arrest for illegal entry.
    or
    B: Wait for the police to check with courts if what they did was wrong.
    C: Go to trial and expect the police to ask the judge if the arrest was legal.

    It was Trump's responsibility to raise legal objections to the subpoenas. He didn't.
