    Well, if you look at this from the Iranian Islamo-Nazi point of view, there actually is a 'bright side'!

    If you're in any one of about 52 targeted sites that the United States will be 'gunning' for soon, it'll just be a short time before you're in Islamo-Heaven, getting to enjoy your apportioned '72 virgins and young boys'. :banana:

    Did yiu catch any of Rush this morning? He played back quotes from that Iranian nut bag and then played back quotes from the Dem candidates and they were the same. It’s like they were all reading from the same DNC memo.

    Not according to the War Powers Act passed by Congress. The President can start a war and after 90 days congress can revisit it to see if they want to continue to fund it. That has never happened.

    Also, Shia targeting our bases is nothing new either. Expect rhetoric when faced with nut case governments like Iran.

    That's what I was thinking. This caught me totally be surprise. I would have figured Iran would have waited a few months and committed some assassinations or terrorist attacks, but a conventional missile attack on the US military? That's strictly playing on our turf where we're strongest.

    I had long had a theory that Iran really was a crazy suicidal regime that really believed in the 12th Iman and might try to bring on the Shia version of armageddon, but nobody in diplomatic circles would ever believe that, thinking they are a regime that is as dedicated to it's own survival as any other. However this was either major miscalculation or they are really trying to coax that 12th Iman out of that well.

    No we should do what Trump ran on, get out of the middle east.

    Funny I was all for the troops leaving Syria last month and I saw other Republicans say the same yet now they're cheering for actions that may lead us to another bs middle eastern war.
