I take it that there are a lot of sections having nothing to do with our discussion, so I won't be looking up for you what you've neglected to look up yourself.\

    Prove your argument.

    PRONTO!

No. I'm giving you a chance to cite chapter and verse instead of making unsupported arguments.

    Hop to.

"Evidence" is anything that pushes a Failed Narrative.

Evidence to some people is Pizzagate, Obama Fake Birth Certificate 9/11 was an inside job, Etc...

You know that something isn't quite right when their "evidence" consists of:

"Some guy at Breitbart told me that he saw it on 4chan, Gotta be true".

^That is their standard of "evidence".

Anyway, I am glad that Kelly spoke up, but in this Era of the Trump Dictatorship it won't matter.:smh:

For the record i will introduce Evidence B

    Kelleys own words
“He did exactly what we teach them to do from cradle to grave,” Kelly said in a speech at the New Jersey college, according to The Atlantic. “He went and told his boss what he just heard.” Kelly went on: “We teach them: Don’t follow an illegal order. And if you’re ever given one, you’ll raise it to whoever gives it to you that this is an illegal order, and then tell your boss.”

He did not tell his boss about an "illegal order".. He did not testify about an "illegal order"

Even worse, Republicans in both Houses are letting him get away with the most unethical and unprofessional behavior.

No. He was subpoenaed by Congress. If you were subpoenaed by Congress, would you ignore it? Probably not.

The only person to leak the contents of Donald Trump's communications was Donald Trump.

He told his boss about something that he believed to be improper and wrong. It is not the job of a soldier to evaluate whether something is illegal before reporting a wrongful order to a superior.

When you are discussing an order sure it is... Its your duty to not follow an unlawful order its also your duty to follow Chain of Command..

Kelley ie your topic is discussing an illegal order strange he did not say unlawful but whatever.

Opinion and hearsay are two types of evidence. You knew that, right?

Trump is still impeached and the vote to remove was bipartisan while the vote to acquit was partisan, wasn't it? And the Senators who voted to acquit are now constantly being asked to defend whether they actually believe that he learned a lesson, right?

    All in all, pretty well.

Does the Uniform Code of Military Justice explain what the punishment should be when a soldier reports an unlawful order to someone who is higher on the chain of command, but is not their immediate superior?

Glad it is over and you are happy. I suspect your keyboard is equally relieved.

I forgot, was your president acquitted of all charges?
