    Pakistan has passed the Child Marriage Restraint Act forbidding the marriage of girls aged 18 and under...
    But sharia law allows it...sharia law in an islamic toilet of a country obviously overrules any other
    legislation.....we are all forgetting this factor as we get sidetracked with our arguments on other issues....

    So if you live in one of these states it is time to address the matter in your capital.

    Now can you provide us the statistics on how many of these girls have been kidnapped and forcibly converted to another religion in order that they may be forced into a marriage that neither they nor their parents agreed to?

    Florida has after a victim of child marriage lobbied for the change but the point is that MOST states allow for exceptions for “parental consent” which effectively nullifies the legislation
