His FIRING of the Obama Pandemic team (research that on Snopes) is probably one of the most EGREGIOUS failures of his regime since that is who would have been responsible for implementing testing from infected regions.

That FAILURE is how it started. His SECOND failure was to NOT act quickly once he did find out. By DISPARAGING the Covid-19 epidemic he ENABLED it to take hold and spread. His INACTION will prove DEADLY in this regard.

His THIRD failure is NOT using the first available test and getting it ready and dispersed to those areas.

It is DISINGENUOUS to blame those state governors since they had no part to play in PREVENTION, TESTING and TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS.

The criminal IMPOTUS is the one that MUST be held ACCOUNTABLE for his FAILURES!

 

It is already way too late for effective containment measures.

All that we have left is to try FLATTENING THE CURVE with Extreme Social Distancing.

It is something where EVERYONE has a role to play and a RESPONSIBILITY towards their fellow Americans.

Only We the People can now save ourselves given how badly your criminal IMPOTUS has FAILED in HIS job to protect us.

 

The virus is in all 50 States (West Virginia is not reporting any cases according to the NY Times, but that makes zero sense to me).

There is community spread (i.e. where you are incapable of determining the source of the virus) in pretty much every state.

I understand the notion of locking down domestic travel to a degree, but it is irrational to try and argue that those three states are the only ones that need to be locked down. Especially when, as you noted those three States barely constitute a majority of cases in the United States.

How can these numbers be real when we don't test for it? I hear we do not have enough test kits. I'm pretty sure I had it. I've recovered (I think) but there is nothing established to bring the number down.

 

I told you. 200k is the most conservative estimate from that modeling. The worst case estimate is 1.7 million dead.

Just read the article instead of the headline next time.

 

The problem with this logic is that there are still thousands sick with the virus. Until they are fully recovered, it is entirely possible that the virus will still kill them.

As the healthcare infrastructure gets stretched past capacity, you will also see the death rate increase because people will be turned away due to a lack of ventilators and other necessary resources.

 

I gotta say, if the dumb dems can't mount a successful campaign after this blows over they are infinitely more inept than even I thought. Unfortunately they have nominated an unelectable POS. AGAIN!
