Hate to break it to you but Trump does not have the power to order a stay at home mandate to everyone in the US. He can suggest it (which he has done). But he cannot order it. The Governors of each State has to do that. It's that whole pesky Constitution and jurisdiction thing that so many Dems don't like. Don't believe me? Look to Sanctuary laws for evidence. No State has to enforce any law made by the Federal Government. If they can ignore actual laws...what do you think they could do with a Trump "order"?
