The US spends the same for our 700 military bases in 120 different countries whether we’re in war or not. The military budget for the last 20 years with or without war was $8 trillion. Just as the Secret Service get paid the same whether they’re with Trump on a golf course or in The White House. Air Force One cost the same to maintain and operate whether it’s flying to Trump Nat’l for a round of golf or to Hawaii for a vacation. It cost the same to feed the Administration whether they’re on a golf course or hosting a Clinton Foundation dinner for Ukraine. Fudging the books is easy.
