Did the truck have some kind of magical force field that created a big fence all the way around running thug?

Running thug could have gone off road across country, into the woods and the truck would of been useless.

Running Thug made the mistake of attempting to surprise assault a legally armed citizen and that’s why thug is dead now

    thank you for your service.

this guy appeared to be jogging away after stealing something, not a typical jogger.

No, he was an old cop who was just seeing out his final few years. The picture of the man at the Nazi rally is not McMichael, that man has tatts, he doesn't. No one was racially profiled and the only lynch mob are the ones trying to convict the McMichaels. No one was falsely imprisoned, they never attempted to confine him, just detain him for the police which is perfectly legal.

Which lot lost what war? Or are you racially stereotyping?

Yeah disbanding your narcotics team due to corruption or whatever is just what happens on a daily basis in US police districts, like a traffic light also sometimes switches from red to green. Sure, buddy, sure. lol

It has everything to do with this. McWilliams was a massive f*k up in that joke of a police district. lol

It's exceptionally clear that they wanted to search his car. But they had no grounds, so they did not. So you stand corrected. Those same grounds were lacking when they searched him. And there is no reason at all to taser an unarmed guy who was just got searched with his hands in his pockets. That taser happy cop is in deep troubles for his roll in that narcotics team that had to go.

    1. Which has happened to numerous police forces nationwide but doesn't mean the entire force is discredited. It also has nothing to do with this case.

    2. McMichaels was just an old cop seeing out his time for his pension, he did nothing wrong.

    3. Yes, that's what I said, they wanted to search his car but realised they had no grounds so they acted correctly. They did have grounds to search him, entirely correct. Plenty of grounds to taser him unless you have x-ray vision and can tell he is unarmed?

Here's a factual question, have we ever established that Arbery definitely jogged to the neighbourhood, have we been able to track him on CCTV at any point?

Belgium killed approximately 10 million people of present day Congo in/around the 1900's.
Total joke to claim this was part of teaching those people about freedom, democracy and civilization.

Of course you got that degree. lol

When they also oppressed their own black population with apartheid. Donald could have told you all about how black soldiers were treated 2nd class by the US government, if he did not dodge the draft.

It's not. Random posters can stalk and harass you here,.. against forum rules.

Still not seeing you admit that they chased him around for 4 minutes with their guns out, cut him off in front while drive up to him from behind, commanding him to stop. That all is part of the false imprisonment.

His incompetence has a long list spanning decades. And indeed, they gave that racist loser a free ride to his retirement.

    Of course they did that.

That detaining him is false imprisonment. They had no right to do that. Totally illegal.

The civil war where the south lost it's right to hunt down black people to detain him when they wanted it.

Which the Congolese were quite capable of doing themselves as its' post colonial history proves. The European and American Empires introduced these concepts to people who never heard of them before.

Of course I HAVE that degree, yes.

Yes but ancient history, you have a black president, black chief of staff, black secretary of state etc etc

But we're talking about the law here, not forum rules.

Yes they did but that's not confinement which is pre-requisite.

    1. Please cite some sources?
    2. Ditto?
    3. No, that would require confinement of which there was none.
    4. Yes, that ended in 1865, is your calender out of date or something?

Doesn’t sound like Trump has their back. But to answer your question, yes and no, the hate crime yes, the state crimes no.

It's amazing how all of a sudden you think the Justice System is now being unjust.

The best thing these guys can do is plead out, this is not 1939 Georgia were you could murder a black man and then talk about it over a beer at dinner.

I've not heard stories about entire narcotic teams disbanded due to... extensive misconduct, that includes 2 police chiefs!

He did enough wrong on the job, to lose his authority, his weapon, his car to even his badge!
Total loser. The type of cop who can not protect and serve because he sucks too much.

Nope. you either search somebody and his car, or you do not.

You're not answering how getting a genocide far bigger than the holocaust in Congo taught these people western values of freedom, democracy and civilization. That simply is teaching them to massacre around if you don't get it your way... as the Congolese showed in post colonial era.

    sure

1900's is modern history...1960 is ancient history.
And you claim to have some degree in this.
    sure...

Stalking and harassing is also about the law. A person like Paris Hilton had a stalker.
You gotto be kidding me that they were estranged couples. You're just talking nonsense.

Sounds you're going like... but your honor, it was a failed attempt to kidnap a little girl. But nothing happened in the end. There was no confinement. You need to let me go and only sentence me after I successfully kidnapped that same little girl.

McMichael previously received a warning in 2014 after failing to finish mandatory firearms and use-of-force courses, and the documents show McMichael repeatedly failed to complete training over the course of several years. "This situation has been a great embarrassment to me and to Investigator McMichael," Johnson wrote in a 2014 letter to the Georgia POST director. "It has negatively impacted my office, and I have taken measures to ensure that it doesn't happen again." McMichael was also suspended in 2006 for an undisclosed infraction.

You go source they had a live feat from the CCTV from somebody else when McMichael was in his front yard. He made no such claim.

They tried it by hunting him down for 4 minutes by at least 2 cars and 3 people with their guns out

Kind of the thing that hunting down black people is not legal since them days.
Plenty of white folks keep forgetting in the US.

On the federal charges sure. But in order to accept the pardons they would be accepting guilt, which would bury them at the state level. I doubt they would take that tradeoff.

That would make it a win win win for me.

wow, McMichael was such a lousy cop they literally stripped him of his authority to make arrests.

    LOL!!!

    ******* redneck murderer. :(

"In a "Memorandum of Understanding" signed by McMichael, his boss at the time, District Attorney Jackie Johnson, wrote that McMichael "will not engage in any activity that would be construed as being law enforcement in nature," and, "To that end, Mr. McMichael will not carry a firearm or badge, nor will he operate any vehicle in the motor pool outfitted with lights, siren or police radio equipment."

Wow. He had to be involved in some serious abuse of power to get all of that. Makes you wonder what his record was like and how many citizens he deprived of their rights.
