we've already established that you can't show intent to steal.
the first 2 had a conflict of interest, and are under investigation for corruption, lol.

It's clearly shown in the video that he is pointing it at arbery.

GA law says there was a crime. Murder, aggravated assault, and attempted false imprisonment.

they had no knowledge of a crime committed by arbery. They first saw him in the middle of the street. The description was "black male". You can't stop any random black male in an attempt to detain them. GA law precludes it. It's why they are in jail, and will be going to prison for a very long time.

    GA law shows they don't.
    GA law says you can't.
first 2 DA's are under investigation for corruption, and they had to recuse themselves because of a conflict.

Really sad how some people call a demand for justice, "the mob"

Took 'em three tries to get the prosecutor they wanted. The 2nd laid down pretty solid reasons as to why he found the way he did. Not liking his opinion on the subject does not equate to cover-up. Sounds like they're just covering all their bases here because of public pressure.

So as a police officer if you came up on a scene where there are 2 men with guns and a unarmed man is laying on the ground dead and they tell you the story they told, you are just going to send them home. If they were black they would have been in jail on Day 1.

Yep, taken to the station and thoroughly questioned and told not to leave town. I could care less what their skin color, zero evidence that is a factor. Justice should be color-blind.

It should be color blind, history shows us in this country it is not.

Were they even taken to the station for questioning?

I have no idea where the questioning occurred. I'm sure they've been questioned multiple times.

Pure speculation with no evidence to support at this point. Their lives are being thoroughly examined but nothing has leaked.

Really? Not the LAPD with Rampart? The NYPD with Serpico? He didn't complete his training courses, he was an old guy nearing the end of his time and just treading water, you're simply desperate to find something wrong with him.

Of course you don't, RGTS to search someone does not give automatic right to search their vehicle or vice versa, each must have a specific justification.

Yes, the Belgian atrocities in the Congo were appalling but exceptional and nothing the Congolese hadn't been doing to one another before or since?

    Yes VERY sure indeed!:clapping:

Actually ancient history is the period ending with the 5th century AD, I guess they didn't cover that at your "Do you want fries with that? U"? My point was no one can justify a current double standard by citing the events of decades before.

Yes and that is not the case here, they simply suspected him of being a burglar and wished to detain him for the police. The stalker laws are largely for domestic cases and the odd celeb with obsessed fans, they're not relevant here.
No, to kidnap you need to transport them somewhere, for unlawful imprisonment you need to confine and neither happened here, they only wished to detain him for the police so it could hardly be unlawful?
