Black man dies after video shows officer kneeling on neck

Did you watch the video? The guy was handcuffed lying on the ground. The cop applied his full weight on the neck of this victim and held it for a very long time even though his victim was lying motionless.
Resisting arrest doesn’t excuse such behavior by cops.

That should be an acceptable standard, whatever happened to protect and serve?

 

I am not saying i disagree in this instance. But handcuffs may minimize a threat they do not eliminate it.. why wasn't he cuffed and put in the back of a cruiser is my question..
I have no problem with the cop kneeling on his neck to get him subdued, but for 10 minutes? Highly questionable.

He was face down on the ground with his hands cuffed behind his back and motionless.


IF he was resisting arrest WHY DID THE COP HAVE HIS HANDS CASUALLY IN HIS POCKETS?

It the guy couldn't breathe then how was he able to talk.

was taunting the black on the pavement.That adds to apparent motive
for cruel & usual use of force.
