Black man dies after video shows officer kneeling on neck

There are several videos that clearly show what happened. He sat there with his knee on his neck for at least 8 minutes as the guy died. What happened is obvious and the cops account is secondary to video.

 

What does being Asian have to do with anything? The fact that it seems that the guy said I can't breathe AND HE PRESSED HARDER. Aside from that having wanton disregard for the lives of other humans unfortunately isn't new.

 

3. Took about a year to get the city to pay millions in rightful damages over the chocking to death of Eric Garner. It took 5 years for the police to admit that this was wrong and the cop had to be fired. That white cop himself was cleared by that joke of a legal system in the US for killing a black man grasping for air. And this too is a fine example how fanatics support the cop and come with... "but he was resisting".. because the cop said so. They end up in the jury clearing this racist white thug who still aint in jail.

2. Black people are simply treated harsher by the same law. Statics prove that. The US justice system is favoring white people.

 

Either way it’s manslaughter not murder. For it to be murder he must have intended to kill him which is obviously not the case.

 

Lies. The justice department favors people with lawyers. It just so happens that white people are FAR more likely to pay for a good lawyer than blacks.

Second of all, blacks represent less than 13% of the total population and yet they commit 52% of the murder, 30% of the total rape and are overrepresented in literally EVERY category of violent crime that we keep track of whereas not ONE other race is overrepresented in even ONE category of violent crime.

Last, whites are the ONLY group whom it is legal and government promoted to discriminate against based solely on their race or ethnicity and this fact is easily demonstrable.

 

To sit there that long, applying that kind of force? I'm not even trained and I'm well aware than can be fatal. The guy and everyone around him, is telling him he is killing him.

Possible yes, likely no. But cops do a lot of things that are possibly and even likely to result in death.

Look I’m not the biggest fan of the police force because I think there’s a lot of high school losers with inferiority complexes trying to get a position of authority and assert some power. And I’d bet the house this guy is one of those tools. But with that being said, I don’t believe he intended to kill him. I think he went too far with his little power trip.

But I’m certain there’s not enough there to get murder.
