I expect not only every NSA member to act in the same manner as General Flynn, I expect every MEMBER of the American government to do so. Our collective goal is American prosperity, and to limit our losses as much as possible. Why did the Obama Administration create such a scenario, weeks before the new administration?

The indictment on 'lying', but Flynn did not lie, unless they're going to argue that the expelled 'diplomats' are a part of the sanctions, and to quote Bill Clinton: "What's the definition of is'"? While Flynn mentions them being expelled, it's not like he offers them anything or any guarantees or even the suggestion.

No, he simply tells them that if they have to respond, respond with equal value so that it doesn't become a tit for tat. Nothing to gain here, no conspiracy. As I said a couple of posts above: I expect every member of the American government to behave in that manner.

Flynn's job and the job of every member of our government is to keep our people safe. To the contrary, it was extremely reckless of the Obama Administration to create an INTL incident before the incoming administration.

The FBI is not classified, nor is it allowed to even be aware that these discussions are taking place. That's why the DOJ is dropping the case. It's simply not allowed. Flynn shouldn't have been in position for the lie to exist in the first place.

Flynn was a political appointee in a incoming administration, he was well within his right to discuss whatever he wanted with a ambassador.

 

The whole Russian Collusion thing was happening around the same time, General Flynn was in a bind on what precisely he could say(and frankly as I said, all he had to say was a 'need not to know')

But if this becomes an acceptable practice, like I said before: Why shouldn't we undermine a Biden Administration? I don't believe he's capable of being President, so my resistance is justified right?

What better proof do you want than his admission of guilt made directly to Judge Sullivan while under oath. Is that not all the proof needed?

 

Flynn has not made that claim under oath to Judge Sullivan.

That is true. The operation to go after Flynn came from Obama himself. Comey needs to be arrested for sure. In a world of real justice, Obama himself would be facing trial.
