I've already explained to you that #BLM is a movement, one without official membership rolls, much like Antifa, or #BelieveAllWomen, or various right-wing movements. To the extent that one chooses to describe their various supporters as "members" then yes, he was one. Personally I opt for the word "supporter" rather than "member" because it better denotes #BLM's unstructured, unofficial, ideological nature, as opposed to a highly structured organization with well-defined membership. If you can't grasp this simple concept after these last two posts, I doubt you ever will. Either way, I'm done trying to explain it to you.

So is kneeling on his neck an appropriate response to someone who is having difficulty breathing?

 

You have been spending paper money all of your adult life. I doubt if you ever look at any on the bills in your wallet to verify if they are all legit. When you get money in change you put it into your wallet without an examination. Even if Floyd did whip out a bogus bill it is extremely doubtful that he was aware of it since he got it from another source.

 

Floyd most likely has a broken neck.

The videos I have seen show a lot of white people burning down stores, and looting goods along side with blacks and other ethnic groups. Why would they yell "]shoot all white people?"

Twitter made a BIG mistake by editing posts. It moved them from an immune internet platform to a editing publisher. I can't imagine how many law suits will be filed.

Looting and burning of the productive to stand against the injustice of one cop murdering one of the productive will not move anyone closer to justice. As with the pandemic, you can’t bring the dead back to life by destroying the living, you can’t be just while behaving unjustly, and you can’t build the future by destroying the present.

Declare martial law and bring the riots to an end, and let 12 good and true souls decide the fate of the police officer, not the mob.

 

Then you should try to have more empathy? Place yourself in their position.

 

No one murdered anyone and how can they do their job when people expect the impossible of them.

 

BS. Just as any soul has the right to decide what can and cannot be said in their living room, Twitter has the right to decide what is or what is not allowed on their platform. Free speech does not mean free minds must provide you with a means to exhort your wisdom to your fellow citizens.

 

Any judicial system that defers to mob violence instead of the principles of justice will become a system of injustice and will become the tool of tyrants.

Legally and morally, the officer has a right to a trial by his peers, not a lynching by the mob.

Your attitude is an appeal to worse within us, blind, vengeful hatred.

Fight for the rule of law, not gang anarchy.
