They did cuff him, mace wouldn't have been appropriate and it would have probably agitated him more and it certainly wouldn't have been appropriate to shoot him or even threaten him. Simple physical restraint was the right action, question is was that excessive? If he's just restraining him it's ok, if he's using a compliance technique to an excessive degree then no.

That is correct. What you fail to understand is that Twitter, BECAUSE THEY DONT PROVIDE THEIR OPINION, receives liability protection from libel lawsuits under Section 230.

Meaning Twitter asserts that they can’t be held liable for libel that their users post because they are nothing more than a platform for those users to express their opinions. The problem is when they start editing, censoring and adding their own opinions to their users posts.

When they do that, they cease to be simply a platform and they have become an editorial or publisher because they’re adjusting their users posts to reflect twitters opinion as well. Which they have every right to do if that’s how they want to run their business. However when they do so, they become a media outlet, or publisher, and as such they lose protection from being liable for libel lawsuits as an accessory.

 

I just watched both of those videos and didn’t see one looter who could be confirmed as white.

That's because they are arrested far more than other races. As my source says. Black people are get more investigatory stops, and ones stopped are far more likely to be searched. And when searched are far more likely to be arrested. That leads to 56% of the people who are in prison over drugs to be black... while white people are just as active with illegal drugs. That proves that the US justice system is racist to the core, and that shows up in the numbers you are mentioning.

Rather simple. The US police force is killing unarmed black men far more often than any other race compared to the % make up of the country. That goes hand in hand that stopped more often, than searched more often and than arrested more often than white people. The amount of black people behind bars due to drugs related offense is 56%.... while it's known that white people are doing such activities just as much. Racism is the explanation. It's part of the white American culture. Even Donald enjoyed +20 years of apartheid rule in the US. If he wasn't such a draft dodger, he would have been part of apartheid rule in the US army. Such a culture did not just vanish.
