Ryan Whitaker of Phoenix, Arizona was in the process of complying with LEOs who showed up at his door because of a noise complaint and was shot in the back as he was attempting to put his pistol on the floor.

Meanwhile, there was not a whisper of chaos.

I don't think that "chaos" like looting, burning dumpsters, destroying public and private property etc makes society more concerned about racial injustice. It only incites hostility toward toward those who are causing the chaos.
