We CURRENTLY have have 213,000 OFFICIAL Covid deaths.

We have another 60,000 ADDITIONAL deaths which are probably either UNDIAGNOSED or RELATED to the virus.

We now KNOW that 20% of those INFECTED will have LIFE SHORTENING medical conditions REGARDLESS of the SEVERITY of their initial infection.

20% of 7.5 million comes to 1.5 MILLION DEATHS that will be as a RESULT of having been INFECTED by Covid19.

Add them all up and that comes to 1.8 million either already DEAD or going to DIE...

...and we are at LEAST six months away from a vaccine so you can add another 50% to those numbers bringing the total to 2.7 million Covid deaths.

That could have been PREVENTED if your wannabe Fascist-in-Chief have done the JOB he was in the Oval office to perform.

He needs to be CHARGED with Crimes Against Humanity for this AVOIDABLE death toll.

 

I know this is Alice in Wonderland stuff but:

Down here, if a parent neglects or fails to properly care for their child, and the child suffers as a consequence, said parent is for the high jump. Charged, just as they shoulds be.

 

Luckily for him, he has the benefit of all the best treatments that science has discovered since the virus hit, so they are injecting him with antibodies instead of bleach.
Survival rates now are much better than they were at the start of the pandemic because of that and trump is getting the most intensive medical care possible, so his chances of dying (assuming that he's not just pulling another stunt) are slim.
We'll see how it plays out, but we are living in interesting times.

 

Sad part is Trump id trying to get rid of the aca this causing protections for preexisting conditions to end. His executive order holds no weight in regards to that policy. Insurance will be able to deny you if you even have had this virus because it has shown long term effects.

Ironically 2 of those infected at that ceremony are GOP Senators who sit on the Judiciary committee considering the nomination of Barrett.

One of them was subsequently shouting in the committee room without wearing a mask and as a result could have spread the infection to others on the committee.

If the Senate Judiciary committee cannot get a quorum or a majority to move her nomination to the Senate floor because of these new cases that could stymie the nomination.

Even if it does reach the floor with GOP Senators now infected does this mean that there might not be a majority to confirm?

The Law of Unintended Consequences could in effect and this self inflicted spreading of the virus by those who REFUSE to wear masks and social distance could result in them stymying their own efforts to steal another SCrOTUS seat.

There is another factor to consider which is that Barrett has previously had the virus thereby having a 20% chance of having some of the long term negative health effects thereby shortening her stay on the bench.

We are in uncharted territory and refusing to listen to the experts and being in denial is turning out to be yet more evidence of Darwinian evolution that those that cannot adapt to a changing environment are less likely to survive.
