I respect your view; it is a courageous, noble and dignified one, and maybe it would be best thing to do for the future of America and its citizens.
However, the hardest people to convince might be his former unconditional fans who are now starting to realize, as Chris Christie just did a few days ago, that they have blindly accepted to let themselves be abused by an abject individual.

I disagree on your assessment of the times. We're dealing with added difficulty of COVID-19 which has caused massive job losses, massive debt, and the next year is going to be more of the same. We're also in the middle of a period of social unrest on various fronts. Relations with Russia and China are souring.

We need to put the focus on the path forward. If Trump loses, he may exit politics. But even if he didn't, you can bet there are going to be a few folks who try to emulate what they see as his appeal. Matt Gaetz comes to mind. They will make themselves into Trump clones and rise to power on the wave of disappointment and anger that Trump voter are going to feel if he loses. It's something that will be aided immensely if we're still squabbling over punishing the 1st Trump. I'm looking down the road. The precedent this type of thing will set may seem noble and in the service of righteousness, but it's only going to bring chaos. It will bring reciprocation and escalation from Trump's base on the right, for years to come. We need people and their political parties to take a step or two back from the line, not escalate things even further.

I am not saying Trump wouldn't have it coming, that he wouldn't deserve it. I am saying that we need to think about the average individual. Individual Americans for the most part don't benefit at all from the Trump trials that will probably come. And they will definitely lose if this leads to the government being less able to meet the important tasks they have to at hand right now.

Sure you do. Doubt that Maxine really meant it. Have you seen the bad teeth and breath of Trumpers ? Besides, they take pride in being disease infested.

What is obvious to me is the strong likelihood that you do not really understand what a 'sanctuary city' actually is, and you, similar to Don Quixote, are tilting at windmills.

    Reliable info from.....
Rudy the Drunk and Putin the campaign manager. Sounds like last year where only the names have changed. All to cover a terrible economy and people dropping like flies, especially now in red states. Hey, great debate. Biden was only broadcast on one station, Trump was on three, and Biden still out Drew him. Biden wins at every turn and no one cares about fake news about Hunter, no one.

Biden is front and center and the thing that doesn't make it similar is we actually have evidence against the Biden family so should Trump pardon them?

Still no. Not the same situation. Trump has been the nightmare we need to move past, not Biden.

This is exactly what should have been done with the Obama Administration as soon as it was found out that the Trump campaign was spied on.

We now know that Biden is even more corrupt than we thought.

He didn't just make it possible for his family to make loads of money off of his office, but he also pocketed a significant amount of the money for himself.

I'll bet that the Obamas, and especially Michelle, are furious. This wipes out any chance for her to run for office down the road.

No. If Biden wins, he should stay as far from Trump in every capacity as he possibly can, & let any states interested in investigating, or pursuing charges against Trump have at it on their own, without interference from Biden in any way.

In a world where Donald Trump can get elected, I don't think it would rule out anything.

Everyone in Trumps intel and military is corrupt ? Must be because the commander and chief is corrupt. It starts at the top.

his cabinet turnover has been the most in over 100 years. Is everyone Corrupt ? If so, who the fk is responsible for it. He’s the president and had BOTH houses for two years. It’s been all down hill since he became president. Notice, no one likes the guy once they leave office. All their reports are the same. He’s an incompetent liar.
