    So if law enforcement has had it for a year, and no charges, then that kinda says it all right ? Isnt that the "due process" were discussing here

    So since we live in the United States, we also have the right to Innocent until proven guilty right ? The FBI has had this laptop for a year, no charges, so that means that they dont have the evidence. You want it both ways. The FBI didn't release anything, Rudy did. Thats electioneering, and Rudy should be in prisoned.

    With the prosecutor that was fired, he only investigated the founder, who was no longer with the company. I'd need to check on what happened after he was fired.

    Except he didn't have any equity in the company until HE WAS NO LONGER VP. In other words, trying to claim a "quid pro quo" here is braindead. Trump, on the other hand, saw a spike in his secret Chinese bank account of 17.5 million (15 million of which he cashed out) DURING his presidency.

    well not quite a year...and no...some investigations take a long time.

    I didn't say Joe "Big Guy" Biden, or for that matter Hunter were guilty of any crimes.

    Yes, the FBI didn't leak this stuff...they commented on it after it was leaked, but didn't leak the stuff...sounds like there are a number of sources of the leaks....

    Yes, let's pretend that it's perfectly normal for legitimate businessmen to deny knowledge of their legitimate business deals which were communicated in a manner identical to that of illicit drug dealers and other criminals.

    Let's also pretend that his bag man son wasn't running around making similar deals with corrupt Ukrainians, Kazakhs and God knows who else WHILE HE WAS VP and that he didn't blackmail a foreign government that was about to investigate his bag man son.

    The source is Trump. He has made no secrets that his family is trying to make inroads into the China Market. His clothing is made there - his MAGA hats are made there. His daughter received patents from the Chinese government. Trump has paid taxes there. It's all public record.

    No need to pretend on the later, since that fake news has already been thoroughly debunked (and I've debunked it on this thread). As for Hunter having business deals while his dad was VP . . . so what? Unless you have some evidence that his father was involved, while he was VP, you have nothing. Sorry.

    I'd say the Obama-Clinton Crime Family's spy operation and the "investigation" run by its "insurance agents" were far worse.

    However, if you consider how Demokrats impeached Trump to obstruct the investigation into the Biden Crime Family's graft/influence peddling, this scandal would rank right up there.
