He could be telling the truth. People with Alzheimer's often start losing memory. Joe has had two Aneurism's. This effects the brain and is often fatal. Biden is not a well person. When I go to Vegas I'm going to lay $100 down he does not finish his term if elected. It might even pay me to take out a life insurance policy on him.
