It is rare for a cop to kill a suspect in custody. Most of the killings by cops occurred before they were in custody. They were resisting arrest. The liberals tend to support this notion that the cops are the bad guys.

 

Unlike conservatives, liberals tend to frown on extrajudicial killing.

 

That is avoiding what I said. Most of the killings by the police do not occur while they are in custody. It occurs while they are trying to put them in custody and they resist arrest.
