    The first thing I would do if I was Carlson or his 'team' is name the courier company. Thats the best way to ensure they're truly doing 'everything they can' to figure out what happenned to the package contents. At this point, there isn't any reason to protect a secure 'name brand' courier that apparently isn't secure.

    I also would have just couriered something that important myself...

    I like Carlson. But this stinks.
