That is completely incorrect! If a child in utero can have violence committed against him or her, then a child can certainly be the victim of an abortion. The Unborn Victims of Violence Act exists for the sole purpose of protecting children in utero from violence committed against them, and to hold those responsible who commit the violence. What information do you have that suggests I haven't done anything to help these children? Are you just verbally flatulating again?
One would need to be born to be a child. If you want to rename embryos and fetuses, thats fine, but if you want to help them and keep them safe, there are thousands of children that will never see the inside of a permanent, loving home. What is stopping you?
You failed miserably because my points are completely valid. There is no justification to kill children in utero at will.
Nope, in pregnancy only the pregnant one has rights. The fetus has no rights and NO one has ever proven they do..
AGAIN: So call the cops !!! Why haven't you done your civil PATRIOTIC duty and reported these crimes ?????
AGAIN: So call the cops !!! Why haven't you done your civil PATRIOTIC duty and reported these crimes ?????
Because, once again, as I have educated you on before multiple times, it recognizes their rights since no law anywhere "grants" rights.
This is clearly incorrect as even current flawed abortion laws prohibit killing them after they reach a certain age. This is an arbitrary threshold that needs to be eliminated since it isn't based on anything substantial.
It can't recognize rights that don't exist......and you canNOT show where it recognizes their rights...
. Oh, but they can be if the woman or fetuses life/health is in danger Ya, viability is "substantial" and birth is very substantial.
LOL....and you don't see how INEFFECTIVE your "should be" is ???!!!! Uh, can't you comprehend that ???
I don’t since there is a federal law on the books supporting prosecuting any other person who kills the child in utero. Logic may mean nothing to you, but most people want things to make sense.
no in actual reality birth does not create an individual and “ viability” is based on unreasonable assumptions!
No, viability is based on science...that old bugaboo for righties... At birth a fetus becomes a legal person..... You can have your opinion but you can't change science or the law...(if you notice, you HAVEN'T changed the law or science )
I realise being a Christian you are used to making things up, but to do so when you have already written what your premise was is hilarious. You have consistently avoided the topic of your own thread once it was revealed that Christians make up the majority of people practising child sacrifice.
If you were the "supreme judge", what kind of sentence would you give the woman who had an abortion and the abortion provider?
