Looks like Trump isn't getting much love these days, even the Pentagon brushed him aside.

Maybe calling them losers and suckers didn't go over well.

No big send off for Trump. I mean, was this a tradition? I don't recall it with other presidents.

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/ar...s-request-military-style-farewell-parade.html

The Pentagon will break with recent tradition by refusing to engage in an armed forces farewell or throw Donald Trump's requested military-style parade as the president leaves office on Wednesday.

Trump wants an extravagant goodbye – not unlike the exuberance he exuded during his presidency – despite his recent fallout of favor with middle-of-the-line Republicans following the storming of the Capitol earlier this month, which Democrats impeached him for last Wednesday claiming he 'incited an insurrection.'

The Military deliberately SNUBBING the biggest *LOSER*-in-Chief indicates how little respect they have for him.

And he DESERVES to be snubbed given his contempt for those who wear the uniform and defend our Constitution.

    Good riddance to bad rubbish.

On the 20th we will finally have an GENUINE president in the Oval office again.

I do not recall any other POTUS leaving with red carpets and a 24 Cannon salute. But we have never found it necessary to flush the toilet when other POTUS's left. I guess times change. So fire up the American Standard and get a handle on things.

I am delighted. they have their 'excuses' and those practical reasons will be enough here. In truth, they are waiting for orders from their President and he no longer seems to meet their definition.

    He's filth.

I would be completely disgusted if Field Marshall von Bonespurs got a military sendoff. My thoughts would be with John MCCain and those who Bonespurs called suckers for serving. I would be especially sad for the souls of my brothers ( and a few sisters) who are on the Vietnam wall.

I would apologize from our nation to the guy who was killed 4-5 feet to my left by the same Viet Cong mortar shell that took me out but for some reason my life was spared. I did not know the guys name back then but thanks to the internet and my searching records of the location and day of the attack I found his name, a Sgt. like myself , and he was from Texas with a Spanish surname.

It would be just like the multiple times that Bonespurs pissed on McCain's grave. So sad for our country!

I really hope that the military does not reverse its decision.

My thoughts exactly... he wanted a 21 gun salute?

Here's my favorite 1 gun salute.... I plan on giving a few of my own at various points on Wednesday...

Oh, they're doing WAY more than flushing the toilet when Trump leaves the WH.... although that will certainly be included..

    https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/ahe...cts-reveal-white-house-deep/story?id=75253472

They're having to sell this as a "COVID disinfection", but I think we all know what they are disinfecting against....

I thought Clinton's military send off was pretty tacky. Glad we aren't going to repeat it.

Trump may also lose access to nation security briefings, it's always been given to previous Presidents so the current President can ask them for advice, but Trump's has shown he can't even contribute to a peaceful transfer of power now, so no point in him having access and of course he is a national security risk

The only scenario I can see Biden asking Trump for advice is if one of Joe's China casinos is performing too well....

I don’t recall Bill Clinton getting a military send off any different from that any other President got.

He certainly was never the sort of man who put great stock in marching around, military pageantry or pomp, the way Trump is.

But, I guess that’s the best you could do.

Your fuhrer and his deplorables screwed the pooch on Jan. 6.

When did I get a fuhrer? Is it worth anything? If so I will gladly sell it to you.

Trump actually wanted a "Military Parade Sendoff"? :roflol:

    Donald Trump?

A Morbidly Obese Disgusting PIG of a Man...
...who Single-handedly PROVOKED (and Incited) A Deadly Act of Domestic Terrorism...
...actually thought that he was worthy of that sort of " respect"?
    :roflol:

    Talk about DELUSIONAL...

    Just wow...:smh:

He actually did. It was indoors, but it was more about the bands, and the dress uniforms etc. It wasn't the soviet stile missiles on trailers and tanks that Trump wanted

"A person who has discussed the matter with Trump told CNN." Fake news.
