You do get that ALL energy sources are derived from the sun. It’s laughable to claim solar panels are inefficient. You really are uninformed. Solar panels are one of the most efficient ways of generating energy. The cost is in the infrastructure to manage it.....oils infrastructure has been in place for decades. Maybe you’re too young or uninformed, but oil was subsidized and still is. So to say oil is more efficient then solar panels, is beyond belief.
It's already been pointed out. It's not the final product that's inefficient. The rest of your childish/condescending post wasn't relevant.
You’re delusional. Canada is NOT A DOMESTIC SOURCE. It still contributes to our trade deficit. Nat gas has made huge inroads as a transitional source. It can replace diesel long haul and can be used to make synthetic jet fuel. It burns cleaner then fuel oil. We don’t need to go backwards to tar sands oil while renewables are probable sources for all our other electric needs. .
Well what then ? Once the panels are in, no one digs anything out of the ground, processes it, delivers it in a truck then powers a generator and distributes it again. Solar energy is there instantly in the form of electricity.
Actually, it means, I'm not reposting what someone else has already said to you in this very thread and you've already ignored.
It's one thing to get solar to 1% of people (or whatever the current incredibly small percent is). It's another thing entirely to mass produce and replace fossil fuels. It's another thing to use solar power in places that don't get much sunlight. I'm not sure what your timeline is for all this. You seem to be speaking as if this could be done and should be done now. I'm thinking what you seem to be advocating for is much further off than you think.
I am looking at out of pocket expenses. Mini Cooper S and Ford CMax Hybrid. Both putting out around 180 horsepower. The CMax was getting twice the MPG that the Mini was achieving. FTR the CMax was CHEAPER to buy than the Mini ergo the SAVINGS were significantly greater. The Mini handled better but the CMax was no slouch through the corners thanks to the lower center of gravity and weight distribution. Seriously looking at the Mustang-E as a VIABLE vehicle with ZERO fuel costs after installing Solar PV system for the entire house. https://www.ford.com/suvs/mach-e/?gnav=header-electrified-vhp Payback on the Solar PV system is going to be in the 5-7 year range with SAVINGS for the next 20 years on Utility bills that will MORE than pay for the Mustang-E. Meanwhile YOU will be paying through the nose every time you pull up at the gas pump because those fossil fuel prices are ALWAYS going to RISE. BEFORE you go down the manufacturing rabbit hole you MUST include the costs of MANUFACTURING and MAINTAINING internal combustion engines. EVERY time you have an ICE serviced there is the POLLUTION from the oil filter. That does NOT happen with EV's because they do NOT use fossil fuels. IOW's the EV's have a ONE TIME pollution cost whereas the fossil fuel vehicles have ONGOING pollution costs. The SAME principle applies to Renewable Energy Plants compared to Fossil Fuel Energy Plants. One time pollution versus ongoing pollution. Not hard to figure out which is the BETTER alternative for the planet.
Renewable Energy accounts for 17% of current energy production in the USA. https://www.c2es.org/content/renewa...nergy is the fastest, wind power (6.6 percent). FTR Renewable Energy is MORE than just Solar. Wind and Hydro power work well in areas with less sunlight. The use of the GRID balances the fluctuations between the different sources and the use of PUMPED Hydro Power acts as STORAGE for electricity. Before you go down another rabbit hole Pumped Hydro Power already exists here in America.
BrightFart is FAKE NEWS, even you can't deny that! And you should read the article before you copy & paste it, and it went from 70,000 nonexistent jobs lost in your title, to 1,000 PT jobs MIGHT be lost in the article. The job numbers were inflated from the get go to get approval, once built there will be less than 200 jobs.
Biden will do much better than Trump "Trump leaves America with three million fewer jobs than when he came to office" https://www.independent.co.uk/news/...creation-us-economy-coronavirus-b1789904.html
Oh right! You mean the EXACT same bunker that Obama would have gone into, if a pile of human waste white supremacists were protesting outside the white house after rioting and burning buildings!
I heard they had to lure scardiHitler out of his safe place with hambreders and diet sodas like a bread crumb trail so they could net him
Can anyone explain to me why Breitbart continues to have paying readers? I could simply say "I don't like liberals" for however many times they have articles every day and achieve exactly the same level of happiness all their readers seem to get without costing myself a penny.
Can anyone explain to me why Vox continues to have paying readers? I could simply say "I don't like conservatives" for however many times they have articles every day and achieve exactly the same level of happiness all their readers seem to get without costing myself a penny.
only Trump went there, Obama and Bush would of never went there during a peaceful protest like Bunker Boy Donald Trump thought it made him look weak, that is why he lied about it
