The article is balanced and does praise the governor for promoting vaccines and monoclonal antibodies. But it also shows the Florida government lying about number of deaths and adopting other boneheaded policies.

 

Had the chance to get the vaccine. Didn't get the vaccine. Simple.

Funny thing -- I'm living my life in glorious Minnesota, where masks are common, the vaccination rate is high, and we're not experiencing a crisis right now. Funny how taking sound medical advice in the midst of a pandemic can ultimately make one freer than those who don't.

Adults more than children due to the approval process, yet all are vulnerable and all have the potential to pass it to others.

Not here. Here it refers to government regulations on schools. Very bad regulations in this case.

As to which others, anyone unfortunately many are immunocompromised and therefore at risk from the virus even with vaccination. Such people unfortunately develop break-through infections and may still die. Your apparent lack of regard for human life and wellbeing is troubling. It is always better to contain a dangerous pathogen than take steps to help it spread because the latter poses a greater risk to life and health no matter what.

 

FACT: There's no science to masks in schools.

Obviously that’s not what is happening. Floridians aren’t living their lives. They are getting sick and dying while spreading infections. I suppose you’re all right with the return of small pox and the plague with no public health intervention too. How about an invasion of any kind ? How about Floading from storms. Let’s also let Floridians fend for themselves after flood damage. Let’s not have any regulations for flood mitigating construction. Sounds like a plan for extinction.

 

Bolding the word FACT doesn’t make it true. Neither does shouting. Medical science backs masking of populations that aren’t vaccinated. Let’s get real.
