The “test” is living as the gender he is wanting to transition to — that hasn’t been identified. The entire thread is an assumption that he is trans with no evidence of such.

A trans person must have a desire to be the opposite sex. Him wearing a skirt does not make this true. If he was doing this to gain entry to the women's women even more so.

So again, where has he defined he was trans — the article doesn’t show it, you certainly haven’t. He might identify as such but a dress does not automatically make it so.
