Let me add this to the mix posters. When it is explained to the Democrats, hopefully they will understand it. This guy is from Canada.
You seem to have forgotten the question. It was, why did the suns cooling you pointed to that began in 2006 take 10 years to effect the earth. You don't know because you are just winging it, clutching at anything that looks like it supports your view and then rushing on when questioned. Now you're claiming its not about solar irradiance even though that's exactly what your claim was only a few pages back. Shameless.
I don't think the two are connected because I don't believe the earth has started cooling since 2016. I think the protagonists choose a particularly hot summer (2016) and used it to claim the world has been cooling since then. There is no doubt that solar irradiation began falling in 2006, this might well buy us some more time to mitigate climate change, but at the moment despite the solar reduction earth is still warming.
I am debunking it, since ALL the years after 2016 are in the top 10 most hottest years on the planet. The trend has been for decades that it is getting warmer with some years being just slightly cooler then the previous year. And this is exactly what is going on since 2016. 2018 is slightly lower, and 2019 and 2020 is on par with 2016. The entire idea that it is getting cooler comes from your graph of 2006. And it's false.
Sorry, but no post of mine in this thread has featured solar irradiance. I suspect you have not read the material.
Cooling began in 2016 and continues. UAH Global Temperature Update for September, 2021: +0.25 deg. C October 1st, 2021 The Version 6.0 global average lower tropospheric temperature (LT) anomaly for September, 2021 was +0.25 deg. C, up from the August, 2021 value of +0.17 deg. C. REMINDER: We have changed the 30-year averaging period from which we compute anomalies to 1991-2020, from the old period 1981-2010. This change does not affect the temperature trends.
We all can see that the red line of 2019 and 2020 are on par with 2016. And 2021 is not valid, since the year isn't even over, and there is no red line. I'm not interested in what 1 month has done in 2021, since we got 12 a year. The graph shows that things go more up then down... ALL the time. You're eyeballing the down from 2018 and falsely claiming it gets colder based on 1 year. While it's on par with the more up then down motion. You're not responding to this as well. And that is getting quiet childish.
The cooling trend is firmly established. Solar Update September, 2021 2021 › 09 › 22 › solar-update-september-2021 Our planet’s temperature peaked in 2016 and has been in a disciplined decline since. It is in a channel 0.5°C wide with a slope of -0.03°C per annum. The atmosphere had been warming at 0.013°C per annum according to Dr Roy Spencer’s work. If the established cooling trend continues it will only take another decade to get back to the temperatures of the early 1980s. With the cooling trend firmly established, the question is: Can the proximate cause be found in the solar record?
First, no one (not even environmentalists) have proven a climate change catastrophic scenario from too much CO2, for example. Why is catastrophic climate change not considered the conspiracy theory it actually is?
Sorry, but you don't get to pick and choose from the temperature record. At least I'm glad to see you've backed away from your solar irradiance falsehood.
Lol. I took out one freak year. Are you going to claim global cooling based on one year. You're further down the rabbit hole than I thought. And just because I don't mention solar irradiance for one post does not mean I have forgotten your claim. But my work here is nearly done, for you have been debunked so many times now that you are reduced to word games. So that's good news.
Not sure why you would think your work is nearly done. Your "work" thus far is a counterfactual alternative temperature history and a falsehood about my posts. I'll take my chances against that record.
Unless you have published a peer-reviewed paper countering it, then all you are doing is pushing a conspiracy theory.
No, I've packed it away as I don't need it for you anymore. I look forward to more cut and paste in the future.
Seriously... lol Can't you see 2 blue lines? You have to eyeball the OTHER blue line, that is the annual temperature. You're picking the highest outburst of 1 month a year, and ignore the other 11 months to conclude what you conclude. At the moment you picked the warmest month of 1998 and 1999, plus coldest month of 1985, 1993, 1994 and 2009... to draw a line for 1985 to 2012. That is cherry picking 6 months out of 324 months. Are you really going to claim such a thing is a honest representation???? HA, what an insane joke. You know this is not going to convince jack shiii. lol
Ah, you're demanding we all take the words of environmental 'experts'. I suggest you do some critical thinking on this subject.
One could've thought climate change catastrophe conspiracy theorists would've taken credit for the earth's recent cooling period by declaring their 'CO2 abstention program' has worked to manipulate the environment...But then again, that would also just prove these conspiracy theorists don't believe in evolution.
Blue line: all the months, which on their own mean nothing. red line: average of a year dumbing the highs and lows down of every month. orange: average of half a century,... where sometimes the annual is above and sometimes underneath. please stop using monthly highs and lows.
