I used to moderate a group about ten years ago. The primary reason that feature is not allowed is that people get upset or angry about something and delete ALL their posts. It leaves the conversations hard to follow when a big chunk of messages are deleted. I don't know if that's *the* reason here, but that's why I didn't allow it and other moderators of various sites did it for that reason.

Note this thread is simply a deflection from the cover up committed by the Loudon county schools pursuant to their idiotic transgender bath room rules.

true, I was asked to be a moderator here long ago, but declined, not an easy job

plus sure people would abuse it and say crazy things, let it sit there for like 10 min, then delete it

Smart move on your part. Most people here seem civil but moderating is not an easy gig at all and people will argue over the silliest things. I was in a tele-meeting with board members of an organization where I was hired as a consultant. They literally argued for close to two hours about what color stationary to use for a fundraising campaign. <smh>

Yet lax moderation and endless flame wars is, in the end, no better. Being a moderator is, indeed, no easy gig. Finding the right spot between too much and too little is not always easy given that none of us are entirely objective.

Perhaps our problem is that people somehow think volume matters I suppose. Rape is rape.

she seems to have waited long enough for another girl to be molested, and long enough to disrupt a school board meeting and statewide elections. i think it is possible this girl was not raped at all, or maybe even set up by trumpist "activists."

The incident happened on school grounds. The people who should have called the cops were the school principal.

They could care less that both these school girls were raped.
    • No wonder they elected a man president who raped his own staffer while she was on the clock.
    • No wonder they support the felony harassment of Sinema to force her to change her vote.
    • No wonder they support Dirtbag Garland's vicious attack on School Board Moms.

If your daughter is raped at school you do these things:

You call the school and ask if they called the police and what are they going to do about it.

You call the police because the school probably lied about calling them.

You call the media and tell them what happened.

You show up at school board meetings and ask them why this rape was allowed to happen and what are they going to do about it.

After you've done those things, pray the police are easy on you after the school calls the cops on YOU.

Two school rapes by one kid. Does that qualify him to be a domestic terrorist, or does he have to say mean words to school boards for that to happen?

The fact that a local principal took it upon themselves to try to limit legal redress speaks volumes about the autocracy of educators. They actually believed there wasn't anything else to do, because, well, "they were taking care of it". BS. Have the principal and anyone else responsible for attempting to cover up a felony arrested and charged with... you guessed it, accessory to a rape. More, if they tried to falsify evidence to the police, charge them for that. Why hasn't the local district attorney in Loudin county charged anyone involved at the school with their complicity? More, doesn't their inaction then become aiding and abetting the future second rape by the same perp?

Democrats, seriously, WTF is wrong with you folks when you'd try to cover up a rape of a school girl or two because,... gasp... the perp is at best a bisexual boy who wears a skirt?

So why didn't the school administration call the police, do you think?

Folks. Before you answer this condescending poll please know the following
This was created in a desperate response to the thread about the school that had two girls rapped in the GIRLS rest room because of their policy to let trans people use whatever rest room they want.
The OP desperately wants you to forget the fact that it is because of those liberal policies that these 2 rapes happened in the same school.
Essentially OP is trying to do exactly what this school did, cover it up.
Classic pathetic liberal deflection here. By getting us to agree that law enforcement should be the ones doing the “punishing “. He wants us to forget about what let these raped happen in the first place.

    don’t take the bait!

So explain why this school administration didn't call the police. It actually is a crime to not have called the police. And the parents should also have been notified. What is wrong with democrats in Loudin county these days?

Totally agree. Did you know that folks on the big three (Twitter, Google, FB) are being banned for calling for justice because the "bisexual boy who wore a skirt) raped two his his female classmates in the same school? One was in the bathroom, one was not. Why this OP created this context, likely as you have pointed out, is to deflect from the fact that the school tried to cover this up because of their own policy allowing trans kids to go where they pleased. This is the tragedy of Woke in our nation today.

Here's a question for our leftist posters, why, given that yall PROMISED us this would never happen, EVER, did this happen? How does the policy of ignorant permissiveness now have to be rescinded so that this NEVER happens again?

I'm not exactly sure what the point of that comment was about. The bisexual boy who wears a skirt was supposed to have been sentenced the DAY he molested the second child, but that plea hearing had been postponed. And yet, the school still hasn't changed their access policy, and still allowed the bisexual boy who wore a skirt to continue to attend the school. And the school board continued to not lead or otherwise demand action from the principal. Nor did they want any dissent to their wokeness ritual of ramrodding culture destroying policy into their local community.

Patently the person who wrote this stupid poll is not conversant with the legal term 'in loco parentis'. Frankly if I were either dad I'd be suing the schools involved for failure to perform their most basic duty to protect the students under their care.

if they knew, don't know, my guess is same reason church leaders did not

that is the point, always call 911 if your child has been raped, not the school, not the church
