When a student is taught history, the student determines how s/he feels about it himself. You're trying to dictate that if there's any chance a student may feel what racist treatment ancestors doled out to American Indians was "regrettable" or "wrong", the teacher is not allowed to teach that history to the snowflakes. Common sense explains why inmates have less education than the rest of the population for example. But there is no common sense explanation for redlining or for why Black Americans with “white-sounding” names receive 50% more callbacks for their job applications. In several States the parents and the State Legislatures have forbidden this hideous abuse of children, indoctrinating them in the lie that they are guilty for things they didn't do or owe others for crimes they didn't commit.

Many, if not all of your examples of minorities (mostly black) school children and mostly black adults receiving harsh or harsher punishments than whites over their crimes is because the statistics show that the percentage of blacks doing time in federal prisons almost doubles the percentage of blacks living in America. In other words, there is a large percentage discrepancy in the amount of criminal acts done by blacks then done by whites according to their population statistics. What I have seen recently is that violent city burning black rioters throughout the summer of 2020 did zero time in jail, and if were jailed were immediately bailed out. And 20% of blacks are being pulled over (especially in cities like Chicago where black on black crime/murder is going through the roof every weekend. How many whites to you see or hear about in cities like Chicago, Seattle and N.Y.C. that are being arrested for murder or for shooting at people? Next to none, I suspect. How does black women dying during pregnancy have anything to with racism or systemic racism? Again, the only systemic racism I see is that of leftists teaching racism or teaching CRT in our schools. Did you know that there are more black serial killers in America then there are white serial killers. I know that has nothing to do with racism, but thought I would throw that at you just to make the point that for the small percentage wise black population--they sure do engage in quite a bit of of systemic criminal activity.

NO ONE has documented Critical Race Theory being "taught" in schools. Plenty on the right have falsely claimed it. But most don't even know WTF they're talking about when they say CRT is being taught. Systemic racism reached its high water mark back in the 1950s and 1960s when the Democratic run KKK ran roughshod over southern blacks.
