    @US Conservative

Bare Shelves Biden. Hmmmm. In short, BSB.

BS could stand for "bare shelves". But maybe not. And the final B could be Biden, or Brandon.

    Anyways ... Thanks, Brandon.

You might have a point, but since Trump is not the President it's hard to say.

One thing about Trump, though. He would have been personally all over this. He would be calling people, trying to force a breakthrough in the logjam, offering this or that, pushing, pushing, pushing. Everything else about Trump aside, I think that was his style. I don't get the sense that we have that in the White House right now.

Thanks, and yes, I did a bit of stocking on gasoline as well. And yeah, that sucks.

You are one very smart man. I applaud you for your preparedness and general self-reliance. I'm in a similar boat as you now, as I've grown to become more self-reliant in response to the COVID tyranny (and the "TP shortage of 2020"). I, like you, have a number of things well stocked on MY shelves. I, like you, have always been a "sale shopper" and buy things when on sale and don't buy when supplies are short and prices have risen dramatically. I've now taken up gardening and grow some of my own food, and have also taken up foraging (as I have a number of good berries on my property that make for good food). I don't have my own meat source (outside of family having chickens), but I do know some local farmers that I can get hamburger from. --- So while I'm not the "best" prepared by any means, I'm still more prepared than most. --- I'm also calling that when things get tough, people like you and I are going to be vilified and hated and called "hoarders" for our preparedness.

Same here. You're a smart man. I wish you well through what is becoming hard times.

    Precisely.

I don't even consider California to be a State anymore. I call them the SOTC (Socialist Oligarchy of the Territory of California). I also put New York under the same category, and Oregon/Washington are not far behind (as they are on the "wet side", but not on the "dry side").

But yes, if left unfettered, it will come to Wisconsin too... and even the freest of States such as Florida. I hope we can get a MAGA governor elected this year (instead of the Democrats re-installing Evers again... yes, that "election" had the same exact fraud issues that the Nov 2020 "election" had, so Evers just as illegitimately "won" Wisconsin as Biden did).

The COVID tyranny policies that were implemented by Democrats caused the supply chain issues. They aren't allowing people to work (quarantining, firing unvaccinated people, requiring jabs for truckers, not allowing unvaccinated people to dine out, not allowing kids to go to school, etc etc) -- -This has all heavily shifted people over from the "take out" form of eating and has shoved them into the "retail grocery" supply chain which is not equipped to take on such a drastic increase in demand. Production would need to be increased, manufacturing would need to be increased, and on and on and on throughout the whole supply chain. That requires many more factories to be built, workers to be hired, and etc... Those changes can't happen overnight, and can't happen when Democrats won't allow people to work to begin with (quarantine, vaccine mandates, etc). --- It's not the failure of the free market. The free market was working fine, but the COVID tyranny policies from governments ****ed over everything. It is government fascism/communism that is doing that, not the free market.

Can't say... My guess is that the issues would have been more localized (in Democrat-run areas) rather than nationwide. -- I just know that Trump wouldn't have implemented any of the COVID-tyranny policies that Biden and Democrat-run State governments have done which have caused the issues I mentioned above.\

What needs to immediately happen to reverse these issues is that ALL covid tyranny policies across the board need to be IMMEDIATELY rescinded, especially ones placed upon restaurants, cafeterias, food trucks, and other venues of the sort so that people (especially "dirty awful unvaccinated people") can get more of their food from outside of the retail grocery supply chain as they did before the oppressive policies were implemented (to ease the pressure that's being placed on that particular supply chain). Trump also would be promoting energy independence here in America (instead of closing pipelines, cancelling contracts, and etc). More freedom would allow for more production would allow for correction of these shortage issues. Socialism is not prosperous. Tyranny is not prosperous. Communism is not prosperous. Free market capitalism IS prosperous.

In context I referred to AMERICAN governments.
    Thank you.
I am not even going to ask you to justify most of them.

When someone makes a statement I expect them to back it up with factual examples or stats.
If they don't, I toss the post into the bin much as I do advertising stuffed into my letterbox and I assume either than there is no proof and the post is merely an opinion (nothing wrong with that if it is admitted) or that the poster is too lazy to provide it.

And how many Wal Marts are there in the DR Congo? When was the last time you have been to a U.S. market? The pics are examples from twitter posts and what I have experienced even here in a very small town! Look up the word example

Here are the folks you want to accuse of shenanigans

Was fun seeing their names amongst the luminaries!

I would dispute that there's evil intent on the part of these two, however. I think perhaps they're just products of their immense privilege - especially Dan the Man. Very concerned about the delicate sensibilities of Fat First Worlders, while rejecting the basics of survival.

Boy oh boy only you would ignore the 10's of thousands twitter pics but hey you haven't seen empty shelves. Good news is you don't matter America sees the ridiculous inflation and they see the empty shelves. You on the other hand would walk by an empty shelve and happily vote lefty across the board.
