No, but I do believe he would love to do it if he could get away with it.

I think it will hold up in court of law. Their report was clearly unbiased and shows they looked into the problem without a political weight on either side. I honestly do believe it will hold up in court.

You still can’t prove who this was associated with. For all we knew Trump looked at and laughed

    1) As one of your own claimed, Trump did not write it.

    2) Trump did not sign it.

    3) Trump did not implement it.

What it amounts to is the OP took one small part of the story and said Trump tried to seize the voting machines with the national guard. Sounds really terrible.

However, when you take items 1) thru 3) plus the fact that Trump would have nothing to do with the voting machines according to the EO, the whole OP is a whole lot about nothing.

Too bad we wasted our time on such a sham.

for all we know, Trump seriously considered implementing this EO but his legal time and Cabinet all threatened to quit if he did, and his military advisor told him he faced military arrest if he did.

So you don't think he wrote it, but you posted this
So you knew when you posted that, he didn't write/dictate that memo.
Why go on the rant about his intent. I don't get it

If this 'audit' were submitted to a court of law for the purpose of decertifying the vote in AZ, Dems in AZ would file a motion to dismiss.

The motion to dismiss would be granted because of.....

    1. Lack of standing.

    2. Filed too late.

    3. It's not an official audit.

    4. A judge fined the company $50,000 a day – 50 times the amount requested by plaintiffs – for failing to comply with a court order to turn over public records, in a lawsuit brought by the Phoenix-based Arizona Republic newspaper.

    5. The founder Doug Logan, d chief executive who oversaw the review expressed support for disinformation pushed by Donald Trump, demonstrating a clear political bias and motivation.

    6. The CN audit was funded by Trump soliciting donations to the tune of $5.7 million

    7. Nearly all of the claims the firm made in its month-long review were debunked on Wednesday in 93 page document authored by election officials in Maricopa county, where Cyber Ninjas did its review. that document is here:
    https://recorder.maricopa.gov/justthefacts/pdf/Correcting The Record - January 2022 Report.pdf

    8. CN had zero experience auditing elections nor knowledge of how elections work.
“There are too many flaws in the way this review was conducted to trust it,” said Trey Grayson, a former Republican secretary of state in Kentucky who was the coauthor of a paper outlining the extensive problems. --- apnews

    9. The length of time it took demonstrates incompetence. Even if it were filed on time, satisfying #2, it would fail to meet deadlines.

    10. Substandard audit procedures have been documented.

Can you imagine the presumably justifiable scorn one would have received over a prediction, on the ill-fated day Don descended on the escalator, that he would be impeached twice (and acquitted by Repub Senate enablers despite overwhelming evidence of his guilt), lose the popular vote twice, contest an election he lost by 7M votes with batshyte crazy assertions including Hugo Chavez corrupting voting machines, bamboo fibers in ballots, and Italian satellites changing votes, only to be capped off by the circulation of a memo suggesting........in third world fashion........that said voting machines be seized by the military? If I had read that back in 2016 even I would have laughed it off as lunacy.
These days, not only has it all happened, Trump still maintains strong support among Repubs. That, my friends, is lunacy.

It's the intent of the draft, doesn't matter who wrote it.

Nor does that fact conflict with the notion that Trump would love to have done it if he could get away with it.

    Not to mention:

I honestly don't for some very compelling reasons, to wit:

Well, I agree with Ronstar on this.....

"we know Trump had a meeting in the White House with Powell and Flynn, about initiating martial law and seizing the voting machines in the 6 states."
    ---Ronstar

Given that fact, we can safely presume he would love to do such a thing if he knew he could get away with it.

And why was such a tyrannical unconstitutional EO ever drafted in the first place?

It can only be true that the seeds of tyranny are floundering about in the torrent of the Trump White House.

There is no "almost" about a Presidential order- he either signs it and it is executed or he doesn't and nothing happens.

Do you have one piece of evidence that he knew about it? This is just like most of the stuff the democrats have come up with.

Did Trump impose martial law and have millions of voting machines seized by the military? No.

Did he consider doing this and having Sydney Powell investigate the machines and their ties to China and Venezuela? Yes.

Trump will be seen, in history, as something on the order of Machiavelli's dumber brother. Similar instincts, but none of the depth of knowledge and sophistication.
