    Where did you find this? Do you have a link to a article because as much as I like this I have a hard time believing it. Did they hide the outfits aboard the ship before takeoff? I find this kind of hard to believe.

    It's very recent.

    Google "cosmonauts ukraine colours" and you'll find some articles.

    Apparently they changed shortly before arrival at space station.

    Cosmonauts Oleg Artemyev said: “It became our turn to pick a colour. But, in fact, we had accumulated a lot of yellow material so we needed to use it,” he said. “So that’s why we had to wear yellow.”

    No doubt to maximise their own and their family's safety when they return home.

    Putin is not going out easy, is where my money is. He certainly has lost the greater of his supporters, but he is clever enough to hold onto power.

    That is a legitimate question, who knows. This isn't 105-110 yrs ago when the Tsar was removed, civil war had already started, this is removing one person.

    When the Tsar was removed, the Communists came into power and if one views Russian Nationalism and the history of it, the USSR might as well only have been the 'R' part of it. In short, Russia hasn't been anywhere close to a democratic or western country in well over a century. Even if Putin is deposed, it'll be a replacement like the Jongs and at best we'd have to hope that there really is a moderate inside that country that wants to reform Russia from a century of Tsardom.

    The only way for Putin to be removed is through the Dumas, the national legislature of Russia. Before that happens, Putin will dissolve the Dumas and assume direct authority of Russia over some vague national security threat. The oligarhs owe their fortunes to Putin and Putin probably has the dirt on them that can make their fortunes dwindle significantly abroad.

    I am glad the Russian cosmonauts did this, but it won't change the fact that Russia will continue to have Putin until he dies of natural causes or someone succeeds in assassinating him.
