What can prevent the United States from deploying several missile bases in Ukraine?

If the US would do that, it would mean the US is going to use their missile bases to attack Russia.... and so Russia gets to attack the US in reprisal. And that's how the US gets sucked into a war with a nuclear power. And Ukraine aint worth it to go nuclear.

Nah...gas is delivered for businesses as well. It runs all year long. Anyway the sh@t will hit the fan in October.

Energy chiefs fear 40% of Britons could fall into fuel poverty in ‘truly horrific winter’

    https://www.theguardian.com/busines...ll-into-fuel-poverty-in-truly-horrific-winter

The fund would take £1,000 off the bills of the poorest people in the country in October and the government or consumers would then pay this off over 10 years, he suggested.

The energy regulator lifted the price cap on bills earlier this month, sending the average household dual-fuel tariff from £1,278 to £1,971. That is due to increase again in October, with some experts expecting the price cap to hit £2,600.

Come October that’s going to get horrific, truly horrific,” said Anderson. “It has got to a stage now where the size and scale of it is beyond what I can deal with, beyond what I think this industry can deal with. I think it needs a massive shift, a significant shift in the government policy and approach towards this.”

I'm not too sure if all the Poles are anti Russian, even though the anti Russian lies and propaganda there is as bad as it is here. First of all they hate the Ukrainians from Western Ukraine because they had joined the Nazis in WWII and began killing them to steal their land. Not only that, but they flaunt the head of the organization that did the killing in a parade every year.

If Washington would butt out with all their intrigues and manipulations, Russia might be able to make a deal with Poland so that they can take back their city of Lviv and the Western area. But the way it is now, if Poland marched into it as it wants to, Russia would have to attack them because they would just be an appendage to the US.

This is true with Japan as well. If the US wasn't involved with Japan, there would be no reason for Russia not to give back their islands. But the way the situation is now, those islands would end up as bases of the US.

Since all these problems are being caused by the sanctions, one has to wonder if has to do to bring about the 'Great Reset' of the World Economic Forum?

Other than that, a world wide famine is predicted, because Russia is the largest exporter of fertilizer and it's been sanctioned. The other thing is wheat. According to the Russian papers, the silo's in the Donbas are filled to the brim and there's no more storage. Rather than having it rot, it will have to be transferred to Russia. If allowed to be sold, then the money could go to help restore the cities and towns in Ukraine.

Ha! As if the US would ever allow that. I think Washington has a list as to which ethnicities are worthy of life, and which one's are not. Makes me wonder why we ever fought Adolph Hitler in WWII?

Ukraine war: The stolen faces used to promote Vladimir Putin
By Juliana Gragnani, Medhavi Arora, and Seraj Ali
    World Service Disinformation Team

Indian influencer ER Yamini has never tweeted in her life - she prefers to cultivate her big fan bases on Instagram and YouTube.

But in early March, a Twitter account using her picture tweeted: "#IStandWithPutin. True Friendship" accompanied by a video showing two men hugging - one representing India, the other, Russia.

Yamini says she doesn't support either country in the Russia-Ukraine war, and worries about her fans.

Russian propaganda tactics haven't changed, have they? Just like their military tactics. Sad.

No, sorry, NO-ONE wants war in Europe.
America DOES want peaceful coexistance, in fact America did a lot to encourage Russia to be 'like us'
just as America and Europe did with China, until it became obvious that both regimes were just gaming
    the system.
Here's Putin's excuse about invading his neighbors (not just Ukraine, all of them)
1 - America is putting missiles in Poland
2 - NATO is creeping closer
    3 - There's Nazis in Ukraine
4 - We stopped the invasion of Russia.

The Overlooked Reason Russia’s Invasion Is Floundering (msn.com)
Airpower should have been one of Russia’s greatest advantages over Ukraine. With almost 4,000 combat aircraft and extensive experience bombing targets in Syria, Georgia, and Chechnya, Russia’s air force was expected to play a vital role in the invasion, allowing the Russian army to plunge deep into Ukraine, seize Kyiv, and destroy the Ukrainian military. But more than two months into the war, Vladimir Putin’s air force is still fighting for control of the skies.
The Russian air force’s failure is perhaps the most important, but least discussed, story of the military conflict so far. Ukrainian forces showed surprising strength in the air war, and adapted as the fighting progressed. But either side of this war could still gain air supremacy—and fundamentally change the course of the conflict.

Airpower is potentially decisive in any war, but difficult to wield effectively. Air forces are dependent on an array of technologies that require highly trained personnel who can quickly set up what amounts to an airborne military ecosystem: airborne radar stations to provide command and control, fighters to protect and police the skies, refueling aircraft to keep everyone full of gas, electronic-warfare planes to keep enemy defenses suppressed, and a range of intelligence-gatherers and attack aircraft to locate and destroy enemy forces. These sorts of combined operations involve hundreds of aircraft and thousands
of people in a tightly choreographed dance that takes a lifetime to master. But when managed correctly, these overlapping operations allow a military to dominate the skies, making life much easier for the ground or naval forces below.

Unfortunately for the Russians, the recent modernization of the Russian air force, although intended to enable it to conduct modern combined operations, was mostly for show. The Russians wasted money and effort on corruption and inefficiency. Though much was made of the flashy new equipment, such as the much-hyped SU-34 strike aircraft, the Russian air force continues to suffer from flawed logistics operations and the lack of regular, realistic training. Above all, the autocratic Russian kleptocracy does not trust low-ranking and middle-ranking officers, and so cannot allow the imaginative, flexible decision making that NATO air forces rely upon.

Putin should have learned that this doesn't come easy. This invasion is going to cost Putin a great deal whether he can win it. It seems to me that regardless of what Putin does, Ukraine is going to fight back the best they can. Ukraine isn't going to surrender their democracy to Putin that easy. It will be a hard war that could go on and on and on.

You have no idea who invaded whom and why. Chechnya is in fact was and is in Russia since ages. As far as Crimea is concerned, it was also for the most part in modern history in Russian Federation. Also Russia did not invade Georgia and Belarus.

As a veteran KGB officer, Pootin is a master of lies and deception.
When he says something, it's mostly for the purpose of instilling doubt and fear in his opponents.

What he says is hardly relevant, what he does is crucial.

Ol Vlad - didn't show much restraint against those radical Islamist terrorists .. thats for sure. His atrocities are minor compared to Heir Biden and Friends .. mass war crimes, genocide, crimes agaisnt humanity.

Your far to over-dramatic .. being too hard on beloved Vlad .. Ukraine is a cake-walk compared to Syria .. civilians treated like Royalty by comparison.

These nations were 'absorbed' into the Russian empire years ago. And with the Crimea case - it's an important statement
of modern statehood that WE MUST RESPECT EXISTING BORDERS. Why? Because just about every border on earth
was established in blood, and nearly every nation has issues over that. So we accept the borders as we find them. If Russia
can take Crimea then China can take Vladivostok, and Finland can reclaim the land Stalin took. Let's go for it.

Chechеns organized by Basaev and Hattab were terrorists. It is them who organized terroristic act in school in Beslan: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beslan_school_siege
Terroristic act in Moscow: Moscow: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moscow_theater_hostage_crisis
But of course, Western countries having as usual double standards see only what Russia does bad, but closes eyes on what others does bad towards Russia.
