There’s no war. Most of our oil comes from private land. You think the oil companies want lower prices? Lol

I think that's the 100th time I have read that information. It's sort of scary how it's never considered by those on the left!

Exxon made over 5 billion last quarter. Ask them why they won’t lower prices.

Why’s it not hurting their profits?

So a leftist president enacted it and you're complaining because Trump didn't fix what Obama did? Is that really your best response?

We own 2 one-ton trucks for work related purposes. As far as I know, there are no electric options and if there were, there is no where to charge them. We can't drive a Prius.

Do you know why most of the oil drilling is now on private land? Because Obama shut down most of the drilling on government land. Yet you probably still believe that had no effect on gas prices. They just moved the drill over on lunch break and found oil on private land. Pipelines were ran on afternoon snack break.

And what did Biden do to make the price "explode"? I'll help....nothing he did...or can do.. affects the price of gas.
Here's a big part of the problem and it strange you don't want to admit it..."Companies are not going to kill their profit margins" Too much is just enough.

Didn't Biden tell them to increase production? Do you think that's free to do? Do you keep any funds in the bank or just blow it all till the next paycheck?

He hasn't done anything to effect gas prices so how can he get out of the way?
    Biden intentionally caused inflation worldwide?
Nobody has ever said gas will be gone completely.

Oh, I don't know, let's see. How about for one thing we won't have to count on OPEC, you know, the reason why gas is so high now. And before you go off on the false "energy independence" nonsense, if we move away from gas powered vehicles, being energy independent becomes a lot easier.
Oil companies know this, why don't you.

I'd love to have an electric car that I didn't have to fill up, but there isn't anywhere to charge one near me or the nearby towns. What about our two work trucks? Where to get those and where to charge? What about tractors needed for farming? What about big rigs on the interstates all day?

We're not ready yet. Our grid and infrastructure isn't ready.

Move away from gas vehicles, but move into what? How many marginalized and under represented victims of income inequity can afford a tesla? Oh no, this is where the government buys all low income people a tesla.

So companies aren't sitting on tons of land they refuse to drill? I know rightists sources blame libs for all the world's woes, but you need to expand your mind and think for yourself for a little bit.

Investing millions to billions in new drilling can be prosperous, but not when you have a hostile administration in office. Biden promised he would shut down drilling and you can't figure out why the oil companies won't invest in new drilling?

    Prove it.

There is over 24 million acres under lease to oil companies. More than half are not producing and drilling. Is this Biden's fault as well? LOL
