Great idea: Sell them only to people who demonstrate beyond any question that they need them. Sue manufacturers and sellers who don't take precautions to keep them from killing people... like we do with drugs.

1. Well armed volunteers should be present on every floor of every school to provide security.
2. Large obsolete land based schools should be replaced with much smaller dispersed schools owned and operated by teachers.
3. All teachers should be required to train in the use of firearms and how to maintain security in their schools.
