But, according to Olivia Troye and Alyssa Farra, via first and experience with Ornato, Ornato is capable of denying what former Trump staffers (Namely Olivia Troye and Alyssa Farra) who wised up quit drinking the kool aid said.

 

Her word about something that someone told her is not her word it's hearsay.

It would be laughed right out of an actual court of law if this wasn't just a dog and pony show kangaroo court for public consumption to try to take the focus off of them

Of course it's hearsay, which is allowed in a congressional hearing because it's not a court of law. But, it's given under oath and pain of perjury.
If anyone disputes what she said, the Committee chairman has extended an open invitation for any WH staffer to come forward and testify.
The entire piont of a hearing it to get everyone's testimony so that the committee can better hash out the facts.

See, if you get 10 people testifying about an event, you'll get different stories, but you can always bet the truth is somewhere in the middle or you might better
be able to extrapolate what the truth is, by hearing different testimony. But testifying is the whole point.

Guess what, whenver a hard core Trumpster testifies, what do they do? They plead the 5th.

Go figure.

What is laughable is you are applying court of law standards to a congressional hearing. That's absurd. They both serve different purpose.

The big difference is that, in a congressional hearing, no one's liberty is at stake.

Republicans forfeited any right for appearances and claims of bias when they pled the 5th. and/or refused to testify altogether of whom some were indicted for contempt of congress.

I find it laughable, per this this low level aide and assistant to former Chief of Staff , is constantly being "waved into" different offices and let in on highly sensitive issues around the WH... why would Ornato wave a low level aide and assistant to former Chief of Staff and discuss the president during SUV ride?

She was recounting a conversation about a conversation.. That makes it third hand hearsay... She was not in the car and Ornato was not in the car...

 

Cross-examine Hutchinson while on the stand and under oath while she is there... why are we dragging people into a story told by low level aide to WH chief of staff ... Does she really think she was so important that a Secret Service would "wave her into" his office and discuss an issue about the president? Cross-examination questions would blow that out of the office in a minute..
