It's very likely that he did discharge his gun. Other evidence is a spent round from the gun found in the car. If it quacks like a duck . . . .

I am condemning the police. They sounded like a bunch of scared kids in that video. it was pathetic.

Why? So they can go out and kill more innocents? Of course it isn't an either or conversation, but if it were you family, and they were released and killed in your family, would it change your mind?

If you were unaware of the facts, why comment baselessly about the case in discussion?

Because? Do you have a fact based evidentiary argument to present here?

No way you read the article if you still question this.

There's no way anybody would assume he was anything other than dangerous at that time.

Runners don't get shot on sight is my position. I can't believe that so many people are fine with state actors summarily executing people just because they don't follow instructions.

Are you contending that, in this particular case, the cops were not reasonable in believing that Walker was dangerous, even though he had just fired a gun at them moments prior, or are you contending that nobody who is fleeing can ever reasonably be thought to be dangerous (which is what you appeared to suggest in post #180 ?

It's gonna be a chaos if all one has to do is outrun the cops :)

Weren't you for mandatory vaccinations though? And losing employment if not? Let's go look in the wayback machine..... So in your estimation, you should lose your livelihood though, for not following instructions, correct?

It does beg credulity... But sounds like affirming for the runners go free seems to be the qualifier...

It's not JUST "because they don't follow instructions". It's because they have demonstrated that they're dangerous. Not following instructions in some benign way doesn't merit being shot. Fleeing after demonstrating that you're a danger to the police and public will get you shot, and deservedly so.

You're missing the big picture here... folks like this poster want folks to be the victims of crime. Its' what you sell taxes on and power to government.. This is what democrats use to ensure their power. You must be a victim so paternalism can work...

Except for the fact that no one will ever be caught if they know they can just keep running and fleeing and NEVER be shot? How do except anyone to be apprehended if you’re free to flee? Talk about get out out jail for free card. Yikes:)

You know a better solution for not getting shot? Don’t commit crimes or resist arrest? I really have no fear of being shot by police ever.

AAAHHH, damn I keep forgetting the playbook. I mean, I understand why guys like that and a few others here want the bad guys to continue killing and robbing the rest of us without being hindered by jobs or the police. I've read about folks like that on the internet, they like people to take care of their wives/girlfriends for them, to shame them, maybe some light slapping/name calling. There's probably a name for that kind of behavior, just can't recall what.

He shouldn't have run, nor shot at the cops Walker might have been a potential mass shooter for all the cops knew. They couldn't take the chance that he wasn't.

The number of shots fired is irrelevant.

    Lol, Another classic deflection.
Tell us, how does the Mueller report or the Senate Intelligence Committee excuse you from posting questions on an article you never read?

The standard is usually reasonable officer in that situation not reasonable person. Anyway, it isn't a job I would want, nor do I want to ever have to rely on them.

So your going to post about the Mueller report or the Senate Intelligence Committee excuse every time you're accused of commenting on a thread without reading the OP?
