    definitely agree especially when I hear that from police and lawyers.

    But when you want to prosecute someone for anything just because of who they are truth doesn't matter anymore.
    people ignorantly think that acting like they have nothing to hide means that they're innocent. These people are cherished by DAs especially corrupt ones.

    The OP is basing it on Trump's own words, which this entire thread is about. Trump plead the 5th, which means he is guilty of something according to his own standards.

    I dont expect you to understand the constitution, but we require the government to prove their case, not force self incriminating.

    Forcing the government to do their job is not self incriminating.

    If the left has a case, which they have been trying to dig up for 6 years, bring it. The only reason they are trying to get him to incriminate himself is because they don't have ****.

    Polls indicate the people are very much opposed to the EC — republicans were also until they figured out it was the only way to impose their agenda on the rest of the nation.

    I wouldn’t speak of intellectual dishonesty when you have to ignore the key word “voters” and “people”. It’s desperate to assert this means anything besides the popular vote. It’s pathetic you just tried that.

    If you look at your own source you'd discover that it breaks down along party lines with a majority of Democrats favoring a change while Republicans do not. Why is that?

    I grew up on Long Island in NY and he was always considered a joke with bad taste. The fact that a man like that rose to be President of the United States proves the saying that people get the government they deserve. What is really scary is that people are talking about violence in the name of this *******.
