Are federal laws changed by people or politicians? People elect politicians, but I'm sure the EC isn't the only issue they vote on when electing a candidate.

 

You can't argue with his supporters because reality doesn't exist for them. No matter how many facts are presented to them they are dismissed as "fake new", "liberal bias", the "far left progressives" (which have little to no influence in US politics) and then counter argue with "alternative facts".

in a deposition you simply answer questions, and depositions are designed to incriminate. BTDTBTS. Taking a deposition on cmplicated matters will most certainly incriminate you, not because you are in fact guilty but because how they paint it (spin) it on the record. Let it come out in litigation.

Pleading the 5th doesnt indicate guilt. It just means you cant be compelled to bear witness against yourself, regardless of whether doing so would exonerate or indict oneself. Refusing to cooperate in a witchhunt is one reason why someone might refuse to bear witness against themself.

If you were on trial and your legal council advised you to plead the 5th, would you do it?
