The agent in charge has the affidavit they would've had to sign ffs. Its not sealed to them, its sealed to the public. The agents work from the information on it.

Was there a more credible witness than Eric Trump? If so name that witness.

This type of top secret classification means it is NEVER supposed to leave a special, secure location. Ever. Even the president has to go in if he wants to read it.

Assuming the FBI is correct about their receipt, it was an extreme felony for Trump to have those in his possession. Maybe the FBI was wrong, and I'm willing to wait for more info, but I don't see Trump denying the receipt.

 

Like asking one of the Hatton Garden robbers to tell the tale of their arrest.

“Number one, it was all declassified. Number two, they didn’t need to “seize” anything. They could have had it anytime they wanted without playing politics and breaking into Mar-a-Lago. It was in secured storage, with an additional lock put on as per their request.

They could have had it anytime they wanted—and that includes LONG ago. ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS ASK. The bigger problem is, what are they going to do with the 33 million pages of documents, many of which are classified, that President Obama took to Chicago?”

I wonder if Trump and Putin had a tête à tête and discussed some selected parts of rhe papers which would be of interest to Putin whereby P. felt it was the right time to attack Ukraine and in gratitude to T, help T back into the WH.

The papers belonged in government secure lockups.

 

So you contend that instead of going by what the police say when they raid a home, you should instead listen to the family of the accused criminal.

The affidavit (with a T) is never released until charges are filed.

Merrick Garland specifically said that Trump's lawyer was given a copy of the warrant.
