Breitbart published a copy ( presumably handed over by Trump, who else?) of the warrant that contained the names of 2 FBI agents who were involved in the search.

However, the copy issued by the DoJ had those names redacted.

Can you explain that miracle?

IIRC: A few years ago there was a lot of reporting about not releasing transcripts of a Trump/Putin call and where the tapes/transcript was supposed to be secured/stored?

In fact citizens have an absolute 1st amendment right to video the police - especially in their homes. Surely you know that.

The FBI refused to give Trump's attorneys the warrant.

The warrant should have been given to Trump's attorneys immediately, and they should not have been ordered to leave the property.

Citizens have an absolute right to watch, video or even live stream the police -- surely you know that.

Trump was hit with a subpoena, and they were picked up from Mar a Largo and returned to the White House.

After the first boxes were handed over to the National Archives (?) were they under the assumption that was all the documents etc that Trump had in his possession?

And then they somehow found out that Trump had more boxes stored then contacted him about the locking them up and it was in these boxes that there were more classified/top-secret documents which was why the search warrant was issued?

These were the boxes that Trump's lawyers were negotiating and due to their dragging it out Trump got hit with a subpoena, still didn't hand them over then came the so-called raid?

I think you have it... I think of it this way

1 = 15 boxes handed over in Feb = Bait 1 - probably very minor classification issues, although still a crime.
2 = Boxes the DOJ knew about in the basement = Bait 2 (although I understand they took some documents in June as well)
3 = Stuff in the safe = Mole informed VERY recently, unknown level of classification = Immediate Raid required assuming the worst.

 

It seems that way until you consider everybody posting on this thread should have read the full warrant by now.... which he clearly didn't...
