There-- that was it. As your commentary required no reading of the actual story, I cannot be sure whether or not you bothered. But the assailant was released from prison in 2019, for a rape he'd been sentenced for, in 1995. He had also been involved in an armed robbery, in the '90s. So it is impossible for any honest person to turn what this man did, into a reflection on Biden, the Left, or anyone other than the culprit. But for those whose favorite pastime is bemoaning the country's crisis of morals, brought on by the Democrats, lying seems to come, second nature.

SOMETHING appears to be, for sure. Whether it pertains to a specific District Attorney, or NYC's entire criminal court system, is a question, requiring much more info, to answer. Unfortunately, the NY Post does not, apparently, believe in doing any investigative reporting, or even any research. Did you notice how insubstantial were its reports? Not even a, "the District Attorney's office has not responded to any of the Post's requests for comment."

I'm not saying that I expect there might be a legitimate reason for turning this person loose, with only misdemeanor charges filed against him; but the Post seems content to let this story fester, rather than to find any answers. And I suspect their lack of any haste, may be due to a hope to sow the same sort of thoughts, as are being espoused in this thread's OP: that this story has something to do with those who hold national, political offices.

The racism in the thread is from the OP who started it and immediately brought race into it, and from all of the people who are focusing on the race of the attacker. The implied part is that members of that race are inherently violent.
