No, that's garbage with no basis in fact. In the USA, specifically, non-whites are sometimes called people "of color" (a term I find grotesque) to distinguish them from whites; but "black" only properly refers to people with recent sub-Saharan African (or sometimes aboriginal Australian) ancestry. Unfortunately, this nomenclature is complicated by the fact that, again specifically in the USA, people with so little sub-Saharan ancestry that they may be indistinguishable from dark-haired whites are nevertheless still considered, "black."

 

CRT is not being taught in primary or secondary schools anywhere in the country. It is simply the scapegoat by so-called conservatives so that they can put their own agenda into the ciriculum. And now, when it comes to history, DeSantis History, they skip from the Gettysburg Address to MLK I have a dream speech, almost 100 years of US history to be ignored from Reconstruction to WW1, WW2, the Great Depression, and so forth, not to mention to try to instill Christian Nationalism into the curriculum.

Dumb move? You do know they tried this with Texas State Senate Amendments on HB 3979. HB 3979 basically banned CRT from the classroom and a few other things. But they tried to get rid of several important people in the state of Texas all because of the color of their skin.

 

Well, this is how. First, you eliminate as many people of color as possible from the history books that help young people of color to identify with. Second, those that are not eliminated are misconstrued such as MKK was a true Christian Conservative. And finally, you introduce white Christian Nationalism in the curriculum so that the young people of color will not have hope at all.

It's not the CRT itself, it is the political idealogy that CRT is bad and therefore must be eliminated so that young, white conservatives who don't know their dick from their balls will feel good about themsleves at the cost of every person of color. That's how.

Diversity is often about Americans training overseas workers from India and helping them replace them anymore

I find a wry humor in reading posts by people who have little idea as to what Critical Race Theory actually claims, but are willing to post all manner of nonsense about it. There is even more ill-informed palaver about what can be done to reduce racism in the United States of America.

Racism is built into the Constitution of the United States of America for all to see, There are also the amendments which have attempted to reduce its impact. Laws, however, do not necessarily provide iron-clad elimination of an activity. We have laws which put a limit on the speed at which we can drive an automobile. Anyone who wishes to do so can verify that somewhere around 95% of drivers break those laws from time to time. 'Nuf said.
